The studio, a semi-buried stone building punctuated by large glass arches, is composed of a large living room with kitchenette area, a lounge area and a sleeping area. It has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Its roof, a real 150m2 rooftop, is accessible from the outside and offers an incredible view of the Morvan. ​

The studio is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, 2 induction hobs, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster... An outdoor laundry area has a washing machine. Wi-fi, 4G, TV available. ​

Due to the different differences in level and stairs on the land, the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
