The gîte, a semi-buried stone building punctuated by large glazed arches, is made up of a large living room with dining area, lounge area and kitchen area. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

Its roof, a veritable 150m2 rooftop, is accessible from the outside and offers an incredible view of the Morvan. ​ The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster... A laundry area has a washing machine and a dryer. Wi-fi, 4G, TV available. ​

The Green room is equipped with a king size bed (180x200cm), a dresser and wardrobe. A large arched bay window overlooks the park. The Rose and Bleue rooms are equipped with king size beds that can be converted into 2 single beds (90x200cm) at your convenience. They also have a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Their view overlooks the vineyards and the basilica.

Due to the different elevations and stairs on the ground, the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
